Take a Hike Day Using the Alltrails.com Mobile App

Tomorrow is National Take a Hike Day.  But I don’t need an excuse to go hiking. It’s become a passion ever since I lived in South Korea. ever since then, I am always looking for resources to help me map out the best trails. And one website, Alltrails.com has been consistent no matter where we live. And I am looking for to new trails here in the Kansas Flint Hills.

November 17 is National Take a Hike Day. With more than 60,000 miles of trails in the National Trail System across all 50 states, there is no lack of opportunity to take a hike. Hiking can burn between 400-550 calories per hour. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and carry water. Hiking is also a lot more fun with a buddy.

Why should I create an account on Alltrails.com?
