Hundreds of trees offer shade from the afternoon sun, forming a canopy overhead. Unfortunately, the flowers hadn’t matured and there were just as many– if not more– buds on the perennial trees when we visited. When the flower petals fall and dance along the gentle spring breeze, the atmosphere gets magical to stroll under the full-bloom trees and the whole place takes on a fairy tale like atmosphere.

Getting Dirty at the Boryeong Mud Festival in South Korea
They come to wrestle, slide, swim and play in the mud. We watched people just sit in the mud with their plastic encased smart phones, they played soccer and sat for colored face and body painting.
