Looking for a new way to enjoy a glass of wine. As if you needed one, right? However, Bluejacket Crossing Vineyard & Winery has come up with the solution to a problem I don’t think exists. But it’s still awesome. Nurture mind, body, and soul in the vineyard with a 75-minute Vinyasa yoga session followed by a wine tasting in the Bluejacket Crossing Vineyard & Winery.

Yoga at the Bluejacket Crossing
Vinyasa Yoga
Ambika Selvan leads a 75-minute Vinyasa yoga class. Its followed by wine tasting inside a beautiful and temperature-controlled space. Enjoy the panoramic views of the vineyard’s peaceful surroundings. Each event includes yoga and wine tasting.
I love Vinyasa yoga. Flowing the poses together with deep breaths helps increase my body and its potential ability to move. Bring your own yoga mat as none will be available at Bluejacket Crossing Vineyard & Winery.
Bluejacket Crossing
The first vines were planted in 2002. And one the years, Bluejacket Crossing Vineyard and Winery have grown to approximately 8 acres in Eudora, Kansas. The vineyard is located in the northeastern corner of Kansas, just 4 miles east of Lawrence.
Have you ever wanted to spend a night, or two, or three at a vineyard? You can settle in and enjoy the view and wine after an invigorating afternoon of yoga. The winery renovated the wine tasting room, creating a cozy two-level suite with beautiful views of our South vines.
Scheduled Yoga Session

Cost
The yoga session costs $20 per person and includes one glass from a selection of wines. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event or in advance at YOGAMBIKA. For more information about Ambika and her yoga retreats and classes click here.

When I think of wine, I definitely don’t think of Kansas – but that makes sense! Wine and yoga as well? Yes please!

Of all physical and mental activity, I am so into yoga. It gives me challenges and relaxation at the same time.
